● Strategy: Guided by the vision of "CLC love paper & our earth," CLC integrates internal resources with the Cheng Huo-Tien Charity Foundation and the CLC Children's Care Foundation to advance 4 key initiatives: "Secondary Forest," "Care for Children," "Social Participation," and "Emergency Assistance."

Social Innovation × Sustainable Practices
Every sheet of paper is an extension of a tree, and recovered paper creates a 'Secondary Forest.' Driven by the belief that basic education catalyzes resource regeneration, CLC launched 3 social co-creation initiatives: 'Paper Libraries,' 'Sustainable Teacher Workshops,' and 'Green Factory Tours.' These programs systematically deepen public awareness of paper resources and the circular economy. By empowering teachers, families, corporate volunteers, and open factory visits, we extend the 'Secondary Forest' vision beyond recycling toward shared corporate, educational, and social prosperity.

Love Paper & Our Earth x Social Contribution
CLC established the "Cheng Huo-Tien Charity Foundation" (1993) and the "CLC Children's Foundation" (2006). With over 30 years of commitment to social welfare, we have integrated group-wide resources to evolve from early-stage support for the underprivileged and emergency assistance to active promotion of ecological conservation, cultural education, and sports. Total expenditures of the two foundations have reached NTD 159 million till date. This dedication has reached every corner of society and, in recent years, extended to our Vietnamese operations to fulfill cross border social responsibility. Our commitment—“Love Paper & Our Earth”—serves as a sustainable force connecting the enterprise, employees, and society.

Social Contribution Exceeded NTD 52 million in 2025
CLC regards social engagement as a cornerstone of corporate sustainable governance. Through the institutionalized operations of the company and its two major foundations, we ensure that our social contributions are both continuous and measurable. CLC commits over NTD 10 million annually focusing on sustainable education, care for children, emergency assistance, and social participation. In 2025, the two foundations and CLC allocated NTD 52.46 million in total.
