housing units.

obtain the consent of all landowners. In recent years, labor costs and raw
materials have greatly increased because of the COVID-19 pandemic, leading
to a significant rise in construction costs and seriously reducing the
expected profit margin. Therefore, the Company has decided to terminate
the development of this project.
