cash dividend distribution date, but if the remittance procedure of the
Taiwan Clearing House and financial institutions was postponed to the next
business day due to the cancellation of work caused by Typhoon Gaemi. The
cash dividend distribution date will be postponed on July 29,2024.

due to typhoon, cash dividend will be distributed on the scheduled
