Announce that the Company has acquired the assets located at Bailing Section
(Chengde Road), Shilin District, Taipei City in the form of joint
construction and allocation of housing units.

The Company has continued to make every endeavor to negotiate with multiple
landowners for execution of the contract, but eventually failed to seek the
approval from 100% of owners under the Statute for Expediting Reconstruction
of Urban Unsafe and Old Buildings. So, it was impossible to file an
application for reconstruction of unsafe and old buildings with the
competent authority. The joint construction contract terminated
automatically, and the Company suspended the project at last.
