Qingshui Dist., Taichung City. Beacause of the actual business
needs, the Company urgent needs to take advantage of this lease
premises. According to mutual agreement, the Company will end
the lease contract and return the land before the contract due
date on August 31, 2021.At the same time, the Company will
purchase the real property (land improvement) of the lease
premises.
